In this presentation , we will share insights and tangible outcomes from one of SANOFI flagship biomanufacturing plant in Geel - Belgium, which utilizes AVEVA PI System.

At SANOFI Geel plant, successful adoption of AVEVA PI System is enabling precise control and optimization of biomanufacturing processes, contributed to 69% reduction in kgCO2 emissions per gram of finished product, alongside an increase in industrial efficiencies and output :

- Process Efficiency :  Monitor and optimize complex biomanufacturing processes, facilitate Continuous Improvement, ensuring consistent quality and expedite regulatory compliance.

- Energy Efficiency : Using real-time industrial data collection and analysis, identify energy inefficiencies and implemented improvements, leading to notable reductions in energy consumption and carbon emissions.

- Waste Reduction :  Through predictive analytics, reduce waste production by enhancing process control and proactive maintenance, contributing to both cost savings and environmental benefits.
