The EPC DIGITAL PLATFORM PROJECT has been undertaken by Saipem to bring core operative processes, from the Bid Phase of a project up to the EPC execution and handover to Clients, into a digital integrated environment.  It aims to lay down the foundations of an operative digital transformation by streamlining a Digital Standardization of the Dataset and Data Model and by mapping with integrated approach key business processes. 

It improves project control across the full EPC chain, integrating the Engineering, Procurement and Construction processes.  It increases the efficiency of Engineering detail design and the automation of material quantities generation.
