A result-oriented sales and marketing leader with proven experience in enterprise software sales, Varun is a Senior Strategic Specialist Sales Manager at AVEVA, responsible for the expansion of its Asset Performance Management (APM) Portfolio across APAC region.


With more than 12 years of experience in the APM space, Varun is an expert in working with customers in asset-intensive organizations, including oil and gas and power companies.


In his role overseeing AVEVA’s APM, he has spearheaded several customer engagement activities across internationally and has advised key business leaders on formulating their digital transformation and artificial intelligence roadmap, including how they can reduce unplanned downtime and optimize investments and risks to achieve operational efficiency.


Prior to AVEVA, he has spent major part of his career with Fortune 500 companies driving APM and Digital transformation strategies for customers.
He graduated from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) with a degree in Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering. He then earned an Executive Certificate in Leadership and Strategic Management from Jack Welch Management Institute. Specializing in combining entrepreneurial drive with business management skills, Varun adds significant value to AVEVA’s revenue gain, market share, and profit performance.
