Reliance Power Limited (RPower) is a part of the Reliance Group, one of the leading business houses in India. RPower is a leading power generation company with a total installed capacity of around 6000 MW in India, which include the Sasan Ultra Mega Power Project (UMPP) of capacity 3960 MW. It also operates one of the largest captive coal mines in India in terms of volume handled.   

In the current role as Head-IT & SAP , Joji is managing the IT – Infrastructure, Business Applications, SAP and Information Security/ Cyber Security for RPower and its associate companies. He is working with Reliance Power since more than 11 years. He was instrumental for setting up all the major IT systems for Reliance Power’s Thermal, Solar & Wind power plants and coal mine with an integration with OT (Operational Technology) systems.   

Joji has 25+ years of experience in IT from multiple industries such as Power/ Energy, Coal Mining, Pharmaceuticals, Premium Drinks, etc in IT leadership roles. Prior joining Reliance, he has worked with companies like Novartis, Diageo, etc
