Amit Dembi is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in the Industrial Automation sector. As Business Head at Sonepar India, he oversees end-to-end operations, driving market growth, financial performance, innovation, and organizational transformation. Known for his strategic foresight and collaborative leadership, Amit has led key initiatives in digital transformation and built a strong, customer-centric, process-driven organization. 

His expertise spans P&L management, multi-region sales, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and team development. Under his leadership, Sonepar India achieved consistent EBIT growth, implemented ERP and CRM systems, launched data-driven sales dashboards, and expanded into three new regions. He also introduced leadership development programs to strengthen internal talent pipelines. 

Passionate about building high-trust, high-performance teams, Amit also supports education and skill development for underprivileged youth. He is married to Nalini and have one son.
