Poorav holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University and has worked with Piramal Glass, L&T Infotech, V2 Tech Ventures Pvt Ltd, and others in the Information and Digital space prior to Godrej and Boyce. He has a wealth of experience from his previous role as the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at Godrej and Boyce, where he successfully led digital transformation initiatives across 14 businesses in the group. His accomplishments include developing the group's digital vision, enhancing digital maturity across business units, and implementing IoT-enabled Smart Manufacturing platforms for real-time production monitoring and quality management. He also led a Salesforce-enabled sales and distribution transformation program and bolstered the organization's cybersecurity measures by establishing a managed SOC and Data Protection program.
