Born and raised in a small town in South Louisiana, Jacob went on to study engineering at Louisiana Tech before beginning his career as a structural engineer. For nearly 20 years, he focused primarily on offshore projects, building a strong technical foundation that later expanded into project management and department leadership roles.

Today, Jacob serves as Delivery Systems and Innovation Manager at Arion, where he focuses on driving efficiency, differentiation, and continuous improvement across the company. He works to turn great ideas from people into real solutions, including developing in-house software and new processes that make work smarter and more effective.
