As the VP of Sales and Business Development at WorkPacks, Eric Crivella is a highly influential figure driving the adoption of Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) and construction technology. He is widely respected as a pioneer in the AWP field, having co-founded the firms that commercialized the seminal AWP tool ConstructSim. His work was integral to the development and standardization of the AWP/WorkFace Planning Best Practice, expertise he has applied to over 200 large-scale capital projects globally.

A dedicated industry leader, Eric currently serves as Emeritus Chair of the Construction Industry Institute (CII) AWP Community of Business Advancement, is on the CII Board of Advisors, and contributes to CII research on AI/ML for AWP.
