Heather has an M.Sc. Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and 27 years of diverse experience with Imperial Oil and ExxonMobil.  She has worked in the upstream business in a variety of engineering and leadership roles supporting operating sites, major projects and operations integrity before moving into the digital world.  Heather led Imperial’s Upstream Digital Accelerator team for 6 years driving strategic digital projects and technologies into the upstream business. Since 2023 she has pivoted to a global digital enablement role supporting ExxonMobil upstream operating sites and driving enterprise digital initiatives.
