Mr. John Stawiarski began working with OSIsoft products in 1992, starting as a software developer and quickly advancing into infrastructure design and enterprise architecture. This foundation established his deep technical expertise in data integration and operational technology across large industrial environments.
In 2008, he joined OSIsoft, where he led global infrastructure initiatives for the PI System and later transitioned into strategic business advisory roles. Over his tenure, he developed the Business Impact Workshop (BIW) methodology—helping enterprise customers connect technology investments to measurable business outcomes. As Principal Business Advisor and Leader of OSIsoft’s Advisory Services Group, he guided strategic engagements with OSIsoft’s largest global clients, aligning digital initiatives with corporate goals and long-term value realization.
In 2020, Mr. Stawiarski joined Cargill as Corporate Smart Manufacturing Portfolio Manager, overseeing global digital manufacturing initiatives and driving alignment between technology, process, and business transformation.
In 2025, he joined CereBulb, a Strategic Solution Partner (SSP) of AVEVA and Schneider Electric, as a Senior Business Development and Strategy Leader. In this role, he partners with industrial organizations to define data-driven strategies that accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable business impact.
Mr. Stawiarski holds a B.S. in Computer Science and Business Management from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and has earned multiple industry certifications, including Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCNP, and HP Enterprise Storage and Systems Design Professional credentials.
