Maxime is a distinguished expert in data-centric solutions for engineering projects, with over 15 years of experience across multiple industries. 

He began his professional journey in 2007 at Kuhn Huard, where he designed and patented a safety system for agricultural ploughs. 

Transitioning to the medical sector at Getinge Lancer, Maxime managed and developed a machine for drying and preserving the bacteriological integrity of endoscopes. 

Maxime's journey continued at ORINOX, where he started as a designer and quickly became a Technical Manager and Principal Consultant. His contributions included the establishment of the ORINOX Academy, where he trained over 300 professionals in AVEVA solutions. Maxime also led various key AVEVA Unified Engineering Implementation. His roles encompassed project management, solution architecture, and technical leadership.

In 2015, he took on the challenge of developing ORINOX's North American subsidiary, where his strategic consulting and administrative expertise were instrumental in its expansion. As Operations Manager in 2019, Maxime led ORINOX North America to a 120% revenue increase and a 475% boost in net margin. His leadership and strategic vision earned him the role of Chief of Operating Officer in 2020, where he focused on cross-functional teamwork and strategic partnerships, reinforcing the subsidiary's leadership in digital transformation.

In July 2023, Maxime joined Babcock and Wilcox to lead their digital transformation initiatives, emphasizing Organizational Change Management. After eight months, he was appointed Director of Engineering Solutions for B&W and Director of Focaliti, a new AVEVA System Integrator entity.
