Mr. Latasa is an Industry Engineer, MSc in Energy Process with more than 33 years of experience in Process, thermal, cogeneration and chemical plants, Principal Senior  process engineer experienced in design, feasibility studies and technical supervision. He has a broad experience in Project Management and Management of engineering organizations, extensive experience in working and coordinating international teams. Is an expert in process design and new technologies analysis and advanced process models execution, detail design of critical equipment for process units, with extensive experience and concern in eFuels (Coprocessing, HVO Units, synthetic fuels), decarbonization, Hydrogen Units, gasification and carbon capture.
