Jesús received his bachelor’s degree and MSc in Chemistry from University of Zaragoza (Spain) and began his career as a process engineer in the chemical industry working for Dow Chemical.

Soon, he moved to the process simulation industry working for companies such as Aspentech and Soteica-KBC.

Over the past 20 years, Jesús has helped customers to turn process simulation into business value in areas such as steady state and dynamic simulation, real time optimization and operator training.

Jesús joint AVEVA in 2022 to contribute to the new generation of process simulators.

In addition, Jesús is a recognised novelist and screen writer.
