As IBERIA Sales Director, Miguel Chavero leads the IBERIA team that oversees the IBERIA market, ensuring AVEVA customers are adopting the technology to drive sustainable growth through AVEVA’s industrial software portfolio.

Miguel Chavero has more than 26 years of expertise. Miguel spent the last 12 years in the industrial software business, serving end-markets such as power, water, food, beverage, pharmaceutical and energy. Prior to that Miguel spent 16 years in the utilities industry mainly in the Power and Water management verticals, managing the adoption of industrial software across the enterprise, spanning from water & waste water, renewables, nuclear and thermal generation business units. Since joining the company, Miguel has had multiple roles including EMEA Industry Principal, Global Sales Development Director and Regional sales manager.

Miguel is a Master of science of the University of Valencia, where he studied telecommunications engineering.
