Full Conference rate	$740

Full conference registration includes all scheduled sessions, workshops, meals, entertainment and a copy of the proceedings on CD ROM.

Payment must be made before or on the day of the event. Failure to do so may mean exclusion from the event, this decision will be taken at the discretion of the organiser.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the event, you may make a substitution at any time prior to the event. All substitutions and name changes must be received in writing by mail or email.

If you have to cancel your registration, you may do so with a full refund less 20% administration charge up to 31 October 2008. Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee.

Accommodation
Accommodation has been reserved for the 16 and 17 November, at Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Austin, Texas.

Delegates are required to pay all accommodation costs and any additional expenses incurred. Please be aware that if you cancel your accommodation, charges will apply. Details of the cancellation policy are available from the hotel.
